English abstract

The Big Bang is not a claim that matter exploded from one point into an empty container. In modern cosmology it names an evidence-led history in which the observable Universe was once much hotter, denser, and expanding. This article separates that durable statement from several layers often bundled with it: relativistic expansion, the cosmic microwave background, primordial nucleosynthesis, Lambda-CDM, inflation, and proposals about a quantum beginning or bounce. It also restores the distributed history of the idea, from Friedmann and Lemaître to Slipher, Hubble, Hoyle, and the measurements that displaced steady-state cosmology. Running the equations backward reaches a boundary where classical general relativity ceases to be trustworthy. That boundary is scientifically important, but it is not a photograph of creation, nor a settled answer to whether time had an absolute beginning.
