A process window for magnetic-field-assisted cure is meaningful only if it preserves the competition between magnetic torque, viscous resistance, Brownian motion and cure arrest. Higher viscosity improves positional stability but slows orientation, while strong field gradients can accelerate capture and simultaneously create concentration non-uniformity. The recommended evidence combines calibrated field mapping with real-time microscopy, orientation tensors from XRD, imaging or micro-CT, magnetic anisotropy measurements where relevant, and rheology at the actual filler loading and temperature. Measuring alignment time as a function of field strength and viscosity provides a direct test of the governing timescale competition. Qualification can then be expressed in terms of the field required to reach a target orientation tensor without unacceptable migration or optical shielding.
