Incluye: (1) el facsímil español restaurado, con orientación, alineación, legibilidad y OCR revisados, y la corrección de una errata en la Tabla 1: «Polietileno» se sustituye por «Polimetileno» en la composición de la cera Fischer–Tropsch; y (2) una edición inglesa preparada y autorizada por el autor. Salvo esa corrección declarada y la traducción editorial, el contenido técnico original se conserva.

Second version of the digital edition of the article originally published in Pinturas y Acabados Industriales, volume 47, issue 301 (July–August 2005), pages 26–35. It includes: (1) the restored Spanish facsimile, with its orientation, alignment, legibility and OCR reviewed, together with the correction of a typographical error in Table 1: “Polyethylene” has been replaced by “Polymethylene” in the composition of Fischer–Tropsch wax; and (2) an English-language edition prepared and authorised by the author. Apart from this declared correction and the editorial translation, the original technical content is preserved.
