Methacrylated Konjac-Glucomannan Photoresins: Botanical Identity, Acetylation, Oxidation, Substitution, Extrusion, Microspheres, Wound Composites, Hydration and Qualification
Segurola, Juan
Photocurable konjac-glucomannan systems span methacrylated KGM (KGMMA) extrusion bioinks, photocrosslinked 3D-culture hydrogels, light-curable microspheres for subcutaneous filling and oxidised KGMMA wound composites. Qin et al. established KGMMA printability; Redondo et al. reported KGM photocrosslinked hydrogels for in-vitro 3D cell culture; Wang et al. reported light-curable methacrylated KGM microspheres for subcutaneous tissue filling; Li et al. combined KGMMA with zinc-induced glycyrrhizic-acid assembly; and Pan et al. used methacrylated oxidised KGM with drug-bearing components. This review separates parent identity, acetylation, oxidation, substitution, cure, article state and claims.
