Photocurable Pullulan-Derived Photoresins: Microbial Identity, Methacrylate and Norbornene Routes, Inkjet, SLA-TPP, DLP, Hydration and Qualification

Segurola, Juan

2026-09-01 · Report · Version 0.4

Photocurable pullulan systems span methacrylated pullulan (PulMA), methacrylate-bearing multiscale scaffolds, inkjet formulations and norbornene-functionalised pullulan (Pul-NB) for thiol-ene DLP. Bae et al. linked methacrylation and concentration to hydration, mechanics and cell organisation; Della Giustina et al. demonstrated stereolithography and two-photon patterning; Mugnaini et al. analysed self-assembly and inkjet films; Feng et al. established Pul-NB DLP; and Nonsuwan et al. resolved beta-cyclodextrin and curcumin effects. This review separates parent identity, functionalisation, photochemistry, process, hydration and claims.
